Changelog:

- Fixed a bug where audio couldn't be muted on Firefox or Opera.

- Bullet-Time now activates when the game starts, even if you hold the click/tap too early.

- Bullet-Time now de-activates when you get to the end of the level.

- Water flows smoothly, not janky like before.
